Abstract
A number of new hydrogenation catalysts based on nickel deposited on silica gel by mechanochemistry have been obtained. The surface of the obtained catalyst was studied: specific surface area, elemental composition, distribution of nickel over the surface of the carrier, thermoprogrammed reduction and desorption of hydrogen. The activity of synthesized catalysts has been established. The data obtained are compared with the data on catalysts of similar composition synthesized by the standard impregnation (adsorption) method.
